Product Notes

Matetic Vineyards Corralillo Pinot Noir is a quintessentially elegant Chilean wine that excites the senses. Its bright ruby red hue is complemented by stellar aromas of red fruits, wild berries, and subtle notes of botanicals. On the palate, it gusts with juicy red fruit flavours commingled with hints of sweet spices and earthy undertones. The lush, velvety tannins and balanced intensity characterise a remarkably lingering finish. Combining finesse and complexity and aged in French oak barrels, the Corralillo Pinot Noir shows the profound expressive potential of Chile’s San Antonio Valley. A delightful companion to savoury dishes or enjoyed on its own.

Tasting Notes

With an intense and deep red color, this Pinot Noir shows aromas of red fruit like strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry with a subtle spicy note very characteristic of the variety. The tannins are smooth and elegant on the palate, and the vibrant acidity lends a long, juicy finish.
