Gaia Monograph Assyrtiko is a delightful Greek white wine with a powerful grace. Made entirely from the native viognier Assyrtiko grapes, it creates a fusion of ripe citrus and tropical fruits, mixing elegantly with mineral overtones. Harvested from the volcanic terrain of Santorini, this wine boasts a crisp acidity and a unique salinity. Its impressive complexity and lengthy finish reflect the potential of the Assyrtiko grape.
