Tasting Notes

Chardonnay from Limari with its unique salinity and soft acidity from the high calcium content soils, is the backbone of this wine. Itatas coastal hillside vineyards of Moscatel de Alejandria with unique tannic structure. Early harvested Pinot Noir from the southern area of Mulchen, adding verticality and length. Viognier from Sagrada Familia in the Curico Valley, giving a further layer of flavour. Pinot Gris from Casablanca adding textural complexity. Finally old vine Semillon from the Curico Valley, in the base of the foothills going up to the Andes Mountain, which is probably Chile's most underappreciated variety, giving waxy overtones.
