Coming from Puglia's Manduria region, Vigneti del Salento's 'Zolla' Primitivo di Manduria is an exquisite red wine boasting intense red fruit flavours with prunes, blackberries, and cherry jam, complemented by hints of tobacco and spices. This full-bodied, deep ruby variety has a balanced and rich taste, perfect for red meat dishes or mature cheese. This wine is ruby red in colour with a violet hue. It has intense aromas of red cherries, blackberries and hints of spice and leather. These aromas follow through on to the palate, which is rich and velvety with generous tannins and great length.
