Chateau de Pierreux delivers an exemplary Brouilly wine with a captivating charm, showcasing Beaujolais region's finest. An immaculate fusion of gamay grapes, it elegantly marries full-bodied richness with smooth, velvet-like tannins. Its medium ruby hue hides an aromatic array of ripe blackcurrant and cherry with earthy notes. The palate is subtly soused with peppery spice, allowing the reminiscence of succulent fruits to shine. Captivatingly complex yet refreshingly balanced, this wine markedly offers a luscious finish with a hint of minerality. Tasting Notes
This wine is very aromatic, with notes of morello cherries, blackberry jam, sweet spices and floral notes. The palate is complex and concentrated, revealing flavours of toffee and dark chocolate, with a mineral touch that's characteristic of the wines of Pierreux. Medium-bodied with soft, well-integrated tannins.
