Tasting Notes
Atramentaire colour, picture of the power of the boar. The first nose, gushes from the label... pepper, black fruit and ripe crushed thyme, fennel, toasted pinion. A musky smell a little reminder ... "Wild Flavors". Finally to the palate what a surprise! The attack is soft and fleshy. It is not heavy, the tannins are still young but full of promise. Dark chocolate, mocha and graphite empyreumatic aromas and spices involved in sensual pleasures. Decant largely to open this wine even more promising and beautifully unconventional. Finally, a boar and a rabbit... just have fun and enjoy ! It can be easily forgotten 5-7 years under good conditions of ageing.
