Gaia Thalassitis wine is a premium Greek white wine produced from Assyrtiko grapes on the island of Santorini. Its brilliant highlights and crystal-clear golden colour are complemented by an intense, aromatic bouquet of citrus, green apple and pear. Its mineral core and natural acidity lend it a unique character, while its mature finish seals a balance between freshness and complexity.
