Vassaltis Santorini Barrel Aged Assyrtiko wine is a sublime Greek vintage, crafted from the Assyrtiko grape native to the Aegean islands. Aged finely in oak barrels, this wine manifests complex flavours of ripe citrus, honeyed undertones, and salty minerality, profoundly reflecting the volcanic terroir of Santorini.
