Product Notes
The Battle of Bosworth Puritan Shiraz is a delightfully robust South Australian wine rendered from organic McLaren Vale grapes. This wine radiates an expressive bouquet of fresh black cherries, plums, and delicate spice notes, maintaining an intriguing harmony. The palate is wonderfully intense, showcasing a ripe, plump core of juicy, dark fruit surrounded by savoury spice and a soft, smooth finish. Unseasoned oak character imparts a youthful insurgence, giving a nod to its namesake's Puritan ideology. Exuding personality and charm, this Shiraz is an excellent choice for enthusiasts seeking an unadulterated, fruit-forward expression of Australian viticulture.
Tasting Notes
Amazing colour – purple and very youthful. Bursting with dark and red fruits characters on the nose, and plums and blackberries, too. Hints of bramble. Soft juicy palate. Eminently drinkable, or ‘smashable’ as the young folk say.
