This aromatic triumph showcases bountiful notes of baked apple, citrus fruits and toasted almond. An underlying minerality offers complexity. On the palate, it is wonderfully crisp and refined, displaying well-balanced acidity with a lingering finish. This Brut is made with traditional savoir-faire and exhibits the potential of Nova Scotia vineyards. It pairs ideally with seafood or can be savoured solo. Benjamin Bridge Brut is a delightful libation for those seeking a novel yet familiar, well-crafted sparkling wine experience. Enjoy the journey of taste it offers.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, a pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose, the wine displays suggestions of smoke and lemon rind with strong sea minerals undertones. The palate is luscious, but with good intensity and vibrancy. Featuring both substantial structure and elegance, vibrant notes of lime blossom and hints of smoke echo through an expressive finish.
