The Geoffroy family history is intertwined with the development of the vineyard, having painstakingly cultivated it over nine generations. From the beginning in the seventeenth century, the family's dedication to their craft has remained steadfast, with their commitment to the land and its produce remaining unquestionable.

Located in the quaint village of Ay, the winery thrives due to the region's unique terroir; a perfect blend of climate, soil and topography. This unique environment ensures the production of high-quality grapes, full of complex flavours and textures. Champagne Geoffroy boasts 14 hectares of land which is divided into 35 plots. The vineyards are peppered with three varieties of grapes, namely; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, each lending their unique flavour to create the world-renowned Geoffroy Champagne.

Behind every bottle of their exquisite Champagne is a story of dedication, passion and unrivalled craftsmanship. The winemaking process in Geoffroy is indeed a labour of love. Employing traditional winemaking methods, each bottle is produced with meticulous care; from harvesting the grape to the intricate method traditional, or "Champagne method" of fermentation.
