Located in the quaint village of Ay, the winery thrives due to the region's unique terroir; a perfect blend of climate, soil and topography. The vineyards are peppered with three varieties of grapes, namely; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, each lending their unique flavour to create the world-renowned Geoffroy Champagne.
