In the past two decades, he has refined the process of vinification, meticulous barrel selection and decreased the use of new oak to create a sublime balance.

Among the vineyard’s output, the Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Volnay hold particular distinction. The Meursault wines exhibit an unparalleled balance of robust flavour and delicacy, while the Puligny-Montrachet demonstrates a divine minerality and the Volnay – a velvety allure.
