At the heart of Fantini Farnese’s production are the native grapes of Abruzzo: Montepulciano and Trebbiano. These contribute to the winery’s two flagship wines, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo. Beyond these, however, the winery has an expansive portfolio, including international varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, to name but two.
Despite its somewhat modern inception the winery operates with profound reverence for tradition and the environment. In fact, the winery’s approach to viticulture is fundamentally organic and ecologically sustainable. This is mirrored in everything from te cultivation practices, which refuse to utilise chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.
