Montirius winery is family-run and distinctively one of the pioneers in biodynamic winemaking in the Rhone Valley. For more than two decades, Christine and Eric Saurel, alongside their children. Have been devotedly producing world-class organic and biodynamic wines, demonstrating an unwavering stance against the use of pesticides or artificial chemicals, ensuring their wines retain a raw and truly authentic expression of terroir.
