Product Notes

Musella Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Organic Wine, hailing from the renowned Italian wineries, is a soulful blend of intriguing flavours. Composed of Corvina, Rondinella, and Barbera grapes, acquired through organic farming, this luscious red elixir is noted for its vibrant ruby colour. Distinctive impressions of fresh red fruits, clove spices, and hints of chocolate create an invigorating palette, overlayered by subtle sweet tobacco and vanilla nuances. This full-bodied wine, ripasso-styled, guarantees a lingering finish, harmonising the perfect amount of acidity and structured tannins. Ideal for intimate dinners, it beautifully complements dishes like roasted lamb, mature cheeses, or Venetian risotto.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red. Stylish to the nose with notes of red fruits and spices and a fine aroma of wood. Body, balanced between tannins and acidity.

About the Winery

Musella

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Veneto region, the Musella winery is a hidden gem of Italian viticulture. A harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, this superb winery has its roots firmly planted in the rich, fertile soil of the Italian countryside. It's a captivating symphony of ancient vineyards kissed by the sun, silhouetted against noble hills that punctuate the landscape with dramatic flair.

Unraveling across 35 enchanting hectares, Musella's vineyards are not only an emblem of bespoke wine production but also symbolise the principles of biodynamic farming. This approach goes beyond simply eschewing chemical inputs ; it seeks to foster a thriving ecosystem that emboldens the vines to yield fruit with profound flavour and unspoilt fundamentally.

At the centre of the estate lies the historical Musella Villa, replete with rustic charm and reminiscent of a bygone era. The ancient walls whisper tales of lush vine ripened grapes transformed into exquisite wines, intended to delight every discerning palate. Succulent grapes, hand-picked and ferried from vineyard to winery, are transformed into exquisite wines that carry the unmistakable imprint of this enchanting region, it's climatic quirks and the rich tapestry of its terroir.

Musella's wines are a sincere homage, not only to the place but to the people, their passion and commitment. Each bottle is a reflection of the soul and spirit of not only the region but embodies the care, attention and love invested by the entire Musella team, from vine to bottle.
