St Cosme Saint-Joseph is a lofty, elegant wine, hailing from the Northern Rhône region of France. It showcases a seductive fragrance of blackcurrants, smoked bacon, and violet. The palate unfolds flavours of dark fruit, reminiscent of black cherries and plums, graced by delicate notes of white pepper and olive tapenade. An extended ovation to the Syrah grape, this wine maintains a great balance between rich flavour and restrained power, aged splendidly in oak barrels, presenting a mineral-driven finish that lingers.
