This sophisticated vintage is acclaimed for its richly nuanced, palate-pleasing profile. It unfolds with a splendid bouquet of ripe cherries and plums, underlined by subtle spice and oak notes. On tasting, one's greeted by silky tannins, lively acidity, and a complex fusion of red berry and earthy flavours. The generous finish impeccably rounds off the experience. Perfect for pairing with roast duck or lamb dishes, the Judd Pinot Noir is a captivating delight, truly representing Ten Minutes by Tractor's commitment to quality winemaking.
Tasting Notes
A more fragrant and trim Pinot from the Judd vineyard this year, in a rather mid-weight form. Tomato juice, a little subtle sweet vanilla oak and palate that is positively crunchy if a little ferrous. Translucent freshness is the aim here, and it feels so effortless. Lightness without being ‘light-bodied’ and with great palate concentration.
