Product Notes

Thelema Sutherland Sauvignon Blanc is a superb South African wine, offering a beautiful display of citrusy notes with a distinctive undercurrent of gooseberry. Its palette clashes invigorating flavours, featuring dynamic acuity of jackfruit and guava, beautifully balanced by a mineral finish. This elegantly structured wine emanates freshness, sustained by balanced acidity. Witnessing a hint of passion fruit and herbaceous undertones, this Sauvignon Blanc maintains charmingly expressive elegance. Perfect for enjoying on a summer's day, Thelema Sutherland Sauvignon Blanc is an admirably crafted wine, satisfying your thirst for a crisp, premium white wine with a vibrant character.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour with youthful flashes of lime green, the nose is aromatic with pungent 'green' aromas of bell pepper and fresh crushed herbs. On the palate the wine is medium bodied and dry with a mouthwatering streak of minerals, hints of sub-tropical fruit and a layer of grassy gooseberry flavours that merge sublimely with the limey, crisp finish. Elegant and lengthy.
