Product Notes
Yering Station Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wine emanates an enchanting blend of Australian elegance and sophistication. Originating from the oldest vineyard in Victoria, this resplendent Cabernet Sauvignon overflows with an array of lush, dark fruits and well-integrated French oak. On the nose, it hints at intense blackcurrant, tobacco and cedary spice while the palate luxuriates in a seamless finish of ripe tannin, coupled with a touch of minerality. A wine of great profundity, its balance and long-lasting flavours make it an exquisite testament to its terroir, enjoyable now or worthy of cellaring. Indeed, nothing short of a vinous masterpiece.
Tasting Notes
COLOUR - Deep, brilliant garnet. NOSE - Lifted and fragrant red currant and cassis, tobacco leaf and cedar spice. PALATE - Red and black currant fruits enveloped in a warm autumnal fragrance. The tannin profile combined with its bright mineral acidity, is youthful and firm, yet very fine, speaking to a long-lived future.
