The Zilliken Saarburger Rausch Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel is a sophisticated and superior German wine. This Riesling is characterised by its aromatic bouquet, brimming with notes of juicy peaches, crisp apples, and honey, with undertones of minerality. It is distinguished by its sweetness, balanced by a zesty acidity that results in a heavenly, clean finish. The wine's depth and complexity are enhanced by a subtle hint of botrytis. As an elevated Auslese with a golden capsule, it's a luxurious choice for special occasions, best served with either hearty dishes or a dessert course.

Tasting Notes

All the intensity and wonder of the Auslese, and then some. Deep, honeyed aromas of dried pineapple and dripping passion fruit are accented with orange blossom and wild mint.
