Drawing on his experience from years spent in Priorat, Alvaro instilled innovative practices encompassing biodynamic farming and a meticulous grape selection process that resulted in a broader spectrum of incredible releases from the winery.

Today, Bodegas Palacios Remondo encompasses 100 hectares of vineyards, growing predominantly Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes; However, small amounts of Graciano and Mazuelo are also tended. The winery's unique location at the foot of the Yerga Mountain, mixed with a Mediterranean-Continental climate, provides optimal conditions to cultivate these varietals.

Among the vineyard's arresting portfolio, the most acclaimed wine is 'Propiedad.' This engaging red wine, produced from a delicate blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo, impresses the most discerning connoisseurs with its daring yet balanced flavours.
