Product Notes

Castello della Sala Cervaro della Sala IGT wine is an exceptional Italian white, crafted in the Umbrian region. It's an exquisite blend of Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes, matured in oak barrels. The wine offers a rich golden hue with an impressive bouquet of fruits, caramel, and vanilla. Deliciously complex, it graces the palate with flavours of ripe pears and citrus fruits, delicately balanced by a mineral undertone. This full-bodied white offers a lengthy, satisfying finish. A true exemplification of Italian craftsmanship, it’s a splendid choice for accompanying a hearty feast or to be savoured independently.

Tasting Notes

Cervaro della Sala 2022 is a light straw yellow in colour with greenish hues. The nose presents slight smoky notes of cedar and flint followed by floral hints of Spanish broom and mimosa blossoms. The palate is vibrant, fresh characterised by notes of vanilla, lemon butter and small pastries. Cervaro della Sala has outstanding aging potential but can be enjoyed immediately.
