Full-bodied and complex on the palate, it exhibits notions of ripe plum and clove, balanced by a vibrant acidity and rounded tannins. Expertly crafted, it captures Trentino’s unique terroir beautifully. While being intense and engaging, its finish is lingering and elegant. This fine wine pairs well with varied cuisines, making it quite versatile. Cesconi Olivar wine is undoubtedly a testament to the vineyard's dedication to premium quality and traditional winemaking methods. An exquisite encounter for any wine aficionado.

Tasting Notes

Cesconi is now firmly established as one of the top Fruili wine producers and is farmed organically or biodynamically. Aromas of peach and white flowers on the nose are nicely balanced on the palate by layers of citrus fruits and vanilla notes from gentle oak ageing.
