The Chamonix Chardonnay Reserve is an exquisite white wine from one of the finest vineyards in Franschhoek Valley, South Africa. This pristine wine emanates charming aromas of citrus, peach, vanilla and almond, balanced with a subtle oakiness. On the palate, it presents a harmonious blend of refreshing acidity and creamy complex flavours. Perfectly matured, it boasts of a beautifully-balanced minerality and a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste. Chamonix Chardonnay Reserve is an elegant, full-bodied Chardonnay that's ideal to accompany poultry or seafood dishes. A definitive celebration of refinement, it adds grandeur to any occasion.

Tasting Notes

The wine has a bright straw yellow colour with golden highlights and exquisite aroma, with scents reminiscent of tropical fruit, ginger, spice and oatmeal. Well-structured and minerally with flavours of lime and toasted almonds on the palate. Prime drinking begins at 3-4 years, although top vintages remain impressive for up to 10 years
