The Geoffroy family history is intertwined with the development of the vineyard, having painstakingly cultivated it over nine generations. Located in the quaint village of Ay, the winery thrives due to the region's unique terroir; a perfect blend of climate, soil and topography. This unique environment ensures the production of high-quality grapes, full of complex flavours and textures. Champagne Geoffroy boasts 14 hectares of land which is divided into 35 plots. The vineyards are peppered with three varieties of grapes, namely; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, each lending their unique flavour to create the world-renowned Geoffroy Champagne.
