Crystallum is a small, family-run winery situated in the beautiful Walker Bay region of South Africa. Established in 2007 by two brothers, Peter-Allan and Andrew Finlayson, Crystallum has quickly become renowned for their exquisite productions of Burgundian-style Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The Finlayson brothers are third-generation winemakers, hailing from a lineage that contributed significantly to the South African wine industry, Their father Peter Finlayson, a renowned winemaker of his own merit played a pivotal role in their passion for winemaking.
