Product Notes

Elena Walch's Beyond The Clouds Bianco is an exquisite white wine from Italy's Alto Adige region. This majestic creation blends primarily Chardonnay with other local varietals, offering a complex, full-bodied taste. Aged in oak barrels, it reveals fascinating aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit, and toasted almonds. The palate is enthralled by a harmonious interplay of creamy texture, crisp acidity, and mineral undertones, leading to an enduring finish. Beyond The Clouds Bianco is a fine example of elegant winemaking that thrives on precision and finesse. It's an excellent choice for pairing with rich seafood and poultry dishes.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant, intensive yellow is the colour of our white blend Beyond the Clouds. In the nose, a complex, beguiling play of aromas unfurls with fruity nuances of exotic fruits such as pineapple, notes of blossoms and flowers, of rose petals and light toast aromas. Dense and complex, the wine enthuses on the palate: with fullness and structure, creamily soft and elegant, stimulatingly fresh and juicy with a discreetly incorporated, modest note of wood and a long reverberation of taste.
