Over the past 30 years, this family-run enterprise has gained an excellent reputation for producing high-quality wines, renowned for their elegance and complexity. Specialising in traditional Piedmontese wines, Elvio Cogno Winery lovingly nurtures vineyards that are more than fifty years old. The winery, spread over 11 hectares, encapsulates a captivating harmony of traditional and modern techniques. They employ meticulous attention to detail from vine to bottle: from hand-harvesting the grapes, to ageing the wine in both French oak barrels and traditional Slavonian oak casks.
