Product Notes

Grace Kayagatake Koshu is a Japanese white wine, renowned for its delicate, subtle flavours. It is recognised for its lush bouquet of pear, white peach, and lemon zest, balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity. Made from Koshu grapes grown in the Yamanashi region, this medium-bodied wine is elegantly textured, offering flavours of grapefruit and lychee in the palate. Its finish is pleasingly long and perfectly dry. The light greenish-gold hue is captivating while its delicate complexity makes it an excellent companion to sushi or shellfish. A sophisticated, refined wine that honours the sophistication of Japanese viticulture.

Tasting Notes

The freshness and elegance of this wine is quite remarkable. Layered aromas of green apple, lime, gooseberry combine with notes of lilac, camomile and delicate spice. Bone dry and smooth on the palate with cool-climate acidity providing refreshing balance to the rich fruit. This is youthful and energetic.
