The winery cultivates a modest and thoughtful collection of varietals, chief among them being Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Different vintages of Chardonnay ranging from Bourgogne-Chardonnay to grand crus are charmingly matured in 25% to 30% new oak. Meanwhile, the Pinot Noir too, finds a delightful expression under Colin’s leadership.
