Product Notes

Pio Cesare Gavi wine is an exquisite Italian delicacy deriving from the Cortese grape in Piedmont region. Exhibiting a bright, crisp and refreshing taste profile, this wine entices with notes of pear, citrus and apple, balanced by subtle minerality. Its pale straw colour, accented with greenish reflections, upholds the elegance of this wine. Medium-bodied and vibrant on the palate, it finishes with a hint of nuttiness and quince. The balanced acidity complements a variety of dishes, making it the ideal accompaniment for seafood and pasta. Pio Cesare Gavi elegantly encapsulates Italian viticulture tradition.

Tasting Notes

Fresh, clean and spicy aromas. Salty, with ripe fruit and rich, complex flavor. Great ageing potential.
