Punset Barbaresco Basarin is an exquisite Italian wine deriving from the Nebbiolo grape variety grown in Piedmont region. Distinguishable by its dynamic ruby red colour, this wine encapsulates one's senses, presenting a delightful fragrance of floral notes and undertones of lush berries. The pleasantly sharp tannins give it a robust yet well-balanced structure, while its complex taste reveals elegant layers of dried fruits and spices, rounding off with a hint of spiced chocolate. Nestled in the heart of Italy's Piedmont region, the Punset winery is an amalgamation of traditional winemaking practices and innovative sustainability initiatives. Owned and managed by the charismatic Marina Marcarino, Punset is not just a vineyard, but a testament to Marcarino's belief in organic farming and the enhancement of local biodiversity.

Borne out of a deep-seated respect for the earth, Punset holds the distinction of being one of the first certified organic vineyards in the Barbaresco region. Marcarino, who took over the reins in the mid-'80s, has hence fashioned a winery steeped in love for nature's bounty. Her belief in organic farming has borne fruit in the distinctive array of wines produced at Punset.

The vineyards unfurling across the untouched hillsides of Piedmont echo the authenticity and distinct personality of Punset wines. This multiplicity stems from the five distinct vineyards – each with unique soil composition and microclimate – which flourish under the care of the Punset team.
