Crafted in the lush vineyards of Marche, it represents Verdicchio at its finest. The colour is a vibrant golden shade, with a bouquet of ripe fruits, almond hints and an undercurrent of richness. Its meticulously crafted palate is an enticing amalgam of full body, balance and longevity. Notably, It encapsulates the indigenous character of the Verdicchio grape, achieving a harmonised blend of crisp acidity and minerality. This subtly complex wine is a true testament to the Umani Ronchi domain's sophisticated winemaking.

Tasting Notes

A weighty wine of great finesse. The deep straw yellow colour shows golden hints and the nose comes up fresh and penetrating with light overtones of ripe fruit, honey, bitter almonds and aromatic herbs; balsamic and a hallmark note of aniseed left by the vineyard of origin. The palate follows through nicely, with a fresh attack and pleasant softness, balanced by the rich, velvety alcohol. The long, lingering finish calls to mind apples, plums and almonds. A long, sapid and salty finish.
