Valdivieso Single Vineyard Cabaret Sauvignon is a distinctive Chilean wine that expresses the rich heritage of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. This full-bodied wine boasts an elegant bouquet of luscious blackberries and ripe currants laced with subtle hints of dried herbs and dark chocolate. Its penetrating flavours unfold on the palate with deep, concentrated notes of red fruits and well-integrated tannins, with a hint of oak adding complexity. Exceptional balance and a lengthy finish affirm its high-quality. This is an indulgent, mature wine perfect for coupling with hearty meals or for savouring on its own.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red colour with violet nuances. Complex to the nose. Aromas of ripe black fruits, blackberries, cherries and menthol notes that blend with subtle spices such as vanilla, cinnamon and coffee. Elegant mouthfeel, full-bodied, structured, with tannins present but at the same time silky. The fruit is balanced with a rich acidity ensuring longevity to the wine.
