Blank Canvas Element Vineyard Gimblett Gravels Syrah is a stunning example of New Zealand's viticulture. Harvested from a tiny but prolific vineyard, this wine offers a bold, complex flavour profile. It delights the palate with a medley of rich, dark fruit, balanced by a peppery spice with an undertone of liquorice. Supple tannins and good acidity give it excellent structure. Its dark ruby hue and beautiful, perfume-like aroma add to the overall charm.
