The delightful wine is made entirely from Godello grapes known for their expressive and sophisticated flavour profile. Featuring vibrant notes of ripe pear, apple and citrus, coupled with rich nuances of buttery vanilla, it boasts the minerality of its coastal terroir. This fresh, balanced wine offers a complex and prolonged finish, and is aged on lees, giving it added texture and depth. Ideal with seafood, it evokes memories of the stunning Atlantic coastline from which it originates.

Tasting Notes

APPEARANCE: Pale and bright, lemon in colour with greenish flickers. NOSE: Very floral, with notes of jasmine, rose and gardenia. Tinges of confectionary, tropical fruit and stone fruit like apricot. MOUTH: Delicate, voluminous and pleasant, with balsamic notes. Reminiscent of the salinity of Mar de Frades.
