The Pio Cesare Barolo Ornato is a truly splendid Italian wine, hailing from the prestigious region of Piedmont. A classic expression of the Nebbiolo grape, this wine is exceptional in character with a robust, complex profile. Its alluring bouquet offers fragrances of dried roses, black cherries, and tobacco. On the palate, it delivers dense, layered flavours of ripe, dark fruit elegantly backed by structured tannins and a lengthy, lingering finish. Tasting Notes

This wine has great structure and concentration, with ripe fruit, soft tannins and tobacco. May be appreciated immediately, but with a very long life. It is produced in small quantities and only in excellent vintages.
